Complete Contest Rules and Regulations:

  1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
  2. Contest is open to all persons residing in Alberta who have reached the age of majority (18) with Canadian Government Issued Photo ID.
  3. Contest will run on-air each weekday from Dec. 9th– Dec. 24th 2025.   
  4. One cue to call will be played daily at a random time to inform listeners when it’s time to text in the key word that will enter them for the contest. Listeners will have only three minutes to safely text in the correct word played on air. One random eligible caller will be chosen from all the correct answers. 
  5. The random eligible caller will thee decide if they want to open an envelope from the RED FM Christmas tree to win cash instantly or if they want to transfer that cash envelope to the Jackpot. This decision MUST be made before the envelope is opened on-air. 
  6. The Jackpot will begin at $1,000 and will increase as contestants transfer their winnings. On Dec. 24th the jackpot will evenly be divided between only those names who transferred their instant cash winnings.  
  7. The amount of the cash prize in the envelope will depend on how much is in the envelope. The lowest amount a listener can win is $50 with the highest daily cash prize being $500. 
  8. Prize winners can only win once every 60 days. If a previous winner is found winning more than one time in 60 days, they will automatically be disqualified.
  9. RED FM reserves the right to use contestant’s names, images and recorded media in any format for our own purposes indefinitely.
  10. 10.RED FM is not responsible for any technical problems incurred during the course of the contest by the contestant, Red FM, sponsors or any participants.
