Calgary investigators are renewing their call for information in the case of a man who went missing in September 2021, after human remains discovered recently have been confirmed to belong to David-Alexandre Beliveau, 40.
Beliveau was last seen in the Shaganappi community on Saturday, September 4, 2021, at approximately 4 p.m. Authorities believe he was the victim of foul play. Police stress that any information from the public could help provide closure for his family, who have been seeking answers for more than four years.
Beliveau was 5’7” tall, weighed about 185 pounds, and had a medium build. At the time of his disappearance, he had green eyes, a bald head, and a brown beard. He was also known for multiple distinctive tattoos, including three monkeys on his back, a lion on his right bicep, a pair of dice on his left hand, a happy face on his right hand, the word “Motivation” on his left forearm, a number “7” on his left calf, a “Z” on his right elbow, and a map of Quebec with a pin on Montreal on his ribs.
When last seen, Beliveau wore a black baseball cap with a white emblem, a medium-blue golf shirt, and dark-blue shorts. Anyone with information is urged to contact Calgary police.
